In Scotia, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across New York on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.

Scotia is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Scotia peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Seen online the most delicious looking chicken cutlet sandwich with LTO. Man it was just as good as the picture! Bread 10/10 soft didn't fall apart would definitely order again. Also the ho made macadamia nut cookies was another highlight of my dinner . Whoever made those holy cow I could eat those Everytime I visit. Thank you for a delicious meal and great experience. Also your delivery driver is awesome 😎

They've been in business as far back as I can remember (80's). That's the Hallmark of any good place to eat. I'll travel a good 20~30 minutes just to try their sausage pizza. I've worked in 2 pizzerias growing up and I am incredibly picky about my pizza! If you've ever eaten at a family run pizza place that has great food, Viscos is that place. Wings are really good πŸ‘

Lived in Glenville for 6 years, close to burnthills, And we have been looking for a good pizza in the area. There are a few that were ok, but not consistent. We got Viscos tonight, cheese pizza and medium wings. Pizza was Great! Wings were very good, not the biggest fan of the light breading, but still very good! We will order again, and hopefully they stay consistent. Great job!

Opted for a calzone which was OK. Stromboli was OK. Garlic parmesan wings were disappointing, didn't taste like garlic or parmesan, otherwise just OK. Antipasto salad was great. The pizza looked good but we didn't order it.

BBQ pizza is an amazing invention. Ordered over the phone a few hours ahead of time, and they lady on the other side was more than happy to get me started. Went with one of their specialty pies, the BBQ Chicken Bacon Cheddar, going with a 6 slice for around $20. Pretty good so far. Pickup was easy, the thing smelled amazing, and I had it back home in a jiffy. Opening it up, it also looked fantastic. But what really matters is the taste, and thankfully, it did not disappoint. The pizza had great rigidity, just the right amount of sauce, the first bite confirmed it was full of good cheddar flavor, chunks of chicken, and bits of bacon all over. The bake on the pie was nicely done, resulting in a satisfying crunch. I polished off the 6 slices in less than an hour. Overall, great service, great pizza, good prices, a very worthy entry in my Friday dinners.
